If you pass our qualification, you will be invited to the first online interview. Afterwards, you will be invited to a live interview with one of our staff members. If you successfully pass all the steps, we will present you to our interested clients.

We hire people with great English (minimal to no accent). We are also looking for reliable and serious people, who are looking for a long-term position.

If there’s a match, we will get in touch with you asap. Some of the best virtual assistants were selected the same day as the live interview.

Every company has its own policy, but most companies pay either weekly or twice a month.

Absolutely nothing! Your pay is directly handled by the employer. We don’t charge anything on top – we receive a flat fee from the client just for hiring and training you! To our VAs it makes no difference to apply through our company or directly to client – you get the same benefits, and we can connect you to a lot of great companies!

Talk to us! We want to make it work for you and we want to keep you happy. The best thing is to discuss with our employer and see how you can solve an issue. We will place you in a different company if you show integrity and your work performance is good, AND if the employer cannot give you what you are looking for.

Once selected by an employer, you will be onboarded with the new company in a few days. Your training period is paid by the employer once you are onboarded. Before the onboarding, you will watch a quick online course to get you up to speed with the job and sales strategies and techniques. This part is not paid.
